In 2012, the Journal of Research and Rural Planning (JRRP) was granted the license to publish scholarly articles in the field of rural planning. Journal of Rural & Research Planning (JRRP) is aimed to publish peer-reviewed edited scientific papers and to spread the knowledge freely as much as it is possible for its readers and authors, globally.
Focus and Scope
Journal of Research and Rural Planning disseminates peer reviewed original research results in the field of theories, methods and techniques in rural planning, the role of new technologies in IT and ICT in rural planning, the role of spaces and virtual settlements in rural development, tourism and rural planning, globalization and its relationship with rural planning, process of developments in the physical planning of rural settlements, management of sustainable development and rural planning, and economy and sustainable development of rural settlements in both print and open-access formats. Contributions must be written exclusively in Persian & English.
